This 4-hour course builds on the foundation of our Intro to Personal Defense class, combining classroom discussion with hands-on, physical training.

What You’ll Learn:

• Situational Awareness: Learn how to recognize and avoid potential threats before they escalate.

• Legal Refresher: Understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to the use of force.

• Defensive Tactics: Get hands-on experience with pressure points, chokehold defense, ground control, and more. You’ll work through scenarios that mirror real-life defensive situations.

What to Expect:

Be prepared to move! This is an active, physical course involving direct contact with other students. Dress in comfortable, athletic clothing and bring a water bottle—you’re going to need it.
