Come and see what the Redwood Falls Sportsmen’s Club Defensive Pistol League is all about! Run two sample stages, learn the rules and pre-pay at the Warm Up Event on April 30th at 6pm.

Who Should Participate

We really want to focus on the defensive handgun portion of this pistol league as opposed to the competition portion. A little friendly competition never hurt anyone though, right?! You should join the Defensive Pistol League if:

• you are looking to develop your personal defense skills 
• you’ve never shot a league or competition before (or you have)
• you want a reason to get out to the range more often
• you are looking for a little friendly competition (there may even be some prizes in it!)
• you want to hang out with like-minded people who are looking to improve their skills

The Schedule

The first season of defensive pistol league will run May – June of 2019 running every other week on Tuesday evenings in conjunction with the trap league. If you plan to shoot both the trap and defensive pistol leagues, we will help accommodate so you can do both! League will run May 7th, 21st, June 4th and 18th 2019 with a 6pm safety briefing/start time.

Each night there will be two different stages (courses of fire) set up. You can also make up the previous week’s stages at the end of the night if you happen to miss (but why would you want to?).

Pre-pay Season 1 Defensive Pistol League – $50 non-members (Becoming a member is only $45 per year and is greatly encouraged!)
Pre-pay Season 1 Defensive Pistol League – $40 Sportsmen’s Club members
Nightly Trial Rate Season 1 Defensive Pistol League – $10 (covers 2 stages)
Shoot an extra stage – $5 per stage
