MN DNR Firearm Safety Course

Get ready for hunting season! The traditional classroom Minnesota DNR Youth Firearm Safety class is coming up for the Redwood Area starting in April!

MN DNR Firearm Safety Class Details

Requirements: Must be 11 years of age before class start date listed above in order to be eligible to take this class.

The class is open to the youth 12 years and older (you must be 12 years of age prior to November 1, 2015), must show copy of birth certificate. Adults are also welcome. If you are not interested in Hunting, but are interested in the shooting sports or need to learn how to safely operate a firearms, please attend.

The class fee is $15.00 ($7.50 Club & $7.50 MN DNR)

Register at River Valley Arms & Ammo in Morton, MN by March 31st
April – 7, 14, 21, 26, 28 + May 3 6:30-9pm at the Redwood Falls Armory
May 7 – field day at the Redwood Falls Sportsmen’s Club
